PHILIP “THEO” LIN

Founder of DoGood

Chairman of the Advisory Board

Head of Community Engagement

Back in kindergarten, Theo proudly told his class that he wanted to be “a retired worker” when he grew up. While he hasn’t quite made it to retirement just yet, one thing’s for sure - he hasn’t stopped working hard since!

These days, when he’s not fencing or studying, Theo pours his energy into making a difference - because he believes that helping others isn’t just something you do occasionally - it’s a daily commitment. At DoGood, Theo leads the charge in connecting with local organizations and building service projects that spark real, lasting impact. If there's a way to help, he’s already on it.

As Chairman of the Board, Theo is also the big-picture thinker behind DoGood’s growth. He’s constantly looking for ways to expand our impact - whether that’s building strategic partnerships within the fencing world or developing creative new ways for DoGood to become the go-to volunteer hub for fencers across the country. He’s got a vision, and he’s not afraid to chase it.

A saber fencer at Scarsdale Fencing Center, Theo trains with Coach Archil Lortkipanidze, bringing the same passion and determination to the strip that he brings to every DoGood initiative. He’s got a big heart, a quick wit, and a belief that small acts of service can change the world - and we couldn't agree more!
