ESHA NAYAK

Head of High School Engagement

If you’re a med student at NYU, chances are you’ve met “Patient Esha” during your time at the simulation center - she’s the one helping future doctors sharpen their skills by playing the role of a standardized patient (and yes, she’s very convincing). But when she’s not pretending to have mysterious ailments, Esha is all about finding real ways to make a positive impact.

With a long history of volunteer work stretching back to high school, Esha understands the importance of giving back - and the paperwork that sometimes comes with it! At DoGood, she’s your go-to person for service hour certifications. If you’ve volunteered with us and need proof for your school, Esha is the one making sure it gets done. She also leads our outreach to high schools across the country, ensuring that DoGood projects count toward graduation service requirements.

Esha is a saber fencer at Scarsdale Fencing Center, where she trains with Coaches Archil Lortkipanidze and Maksim Lahotska. Whether she’s helping future physicians, supporting fellow students, or giving her all on the fencing strip, Esha brings empathy, enthusiasm, and excellence to everything she does.
