DEVELOPMENT
If DoGood had a fuel line, the Development team would be running it. They power our mission - designing creative fundraisers, building relationships with supporters, and securing the resources that turn ideas into impact.
From high-energy campaigns to thoughtful grant writing, they make sure DoGood has what it needs to grow, serve, and make a difference.
The Development team turns generosity into impact. They design and lead fundraising efforts that fuel DoGood’s work, thinking creatively about how to engage supporters, inspire giving, and build lasting relationships with individuals, organizations, and partners.
From brainstorming new campaign ideas to executing them from start to finish, they focus on both strategy and detail - making sure every fundraiser is thoughtful, effective, and aligned with our mission. They also take the lead on grant writing, researching opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and telling DoGood’s story in a way that resonates with foundations and funders.
They track progress, measure results, and continually look for ways to grow our resources and expand our reach. Whether it’s a grassroots fundraiser or a major grant submission, their work ensures that great ideas have the support they need to come to life.
It’s a role that blends creativity, organization, and persistence - and it plays a critical part in sustaining and scaling DoGood’s impact.
